You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Used or opened items cannot be returned. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Note: A 10% restocking fee will also be added to all returns.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 business days of our receipt of the return. Please contact us at 866-290-0244 for an RMA number prior to return. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.

The majority of our orders are shipped within 2 business days. During busier times orders may take an additional day. If for some reason your order cannot be shipped you will be notified by email as to the expected shipping date.
Shipping charges will be added to all wholesale fence orders. If you would like to be contacted with the shipping cost before your order is shipped, please indicate this in the comments section of your order. Orders which do not specifically request being contacted will be shipped via the most affordable option.
Additional shipping charges may be added to post bundles numbering less than 7 and other items that incur abnormal shipping charges for weight or length.
Shipping outside of the continental United States will incur extra charges related to the duties, taxes and fees placed upon these shipments. These charges will be added to the order after processing and you will be contacted so that payment can me remitted.
When obtaining shipping quotes for your order, we check with at least 3 different carriers to ensure you get the best rate possible. Your total cost on any wholesale order after shipping is added will never exceed the total retail cost of an identical order.
Larger orders are sent via freight carrier. These orders will require someone over 18 to sign for and unload the order from the truck. Freight shipments cannot be delivered without a signature. Be sure to check your shipment for any missing parts or damage before accepting delivery. Note any discrepancies regarding your order on the Bill of Lading when signing for the shipment.
