Trident Enterprises, a leader in fencing solutions, logistics, and distribution, has announced the expansion of its board of directors with the addition of four distinguished professionals. The new members bring expertise in manufacturing, engineering, human resources, and business advocacy, further strengthening the company’s strategic vision.

Joining the Trident board are: 

• Bob Wilson, a seasoned entrepreneur, inventor, and lean manufacturing expert who has worked with global organizations like Toyota, Ford, Apple, and the USAF. As the owner of Industrial Andons, Jidoka Consulting, and Dripping Springs Chocolate Company, Bob has pioneered advancements in process efficiency and product innovation. 

• Lena Hurst, an accomplished human resources professional specializing in strategic HR leadership, workplace culture development, and organizational planning. Her expertise in talent management and leadership coaching will support Trident Enterprises' continued growth and team development. 

• Elaine Parker, a communications leader and small business advocate, currently serving as president of the Job Creators Network Foundation. With a background in entrepreneurship and public relations, Elaine is a recognized media commentator and policy expert, advocating for business-friendly initiatives nationwide. 

These new board members join five existing members including Kevin Sheehan, an engineering leader at Siemens Energy and Trident Enterprises’ Linda Sheehan; Mark Dayhoff, chief operating officer; Martin Havrilla, chief product officer; and Margie Rakita, controller.
