WAYNESBORO, PENNSYLVANIA. — Trident Enterprises International has announced the purchase of a new building in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, marking a major milestone in the company’s continued growth. The facility will serve as Trident’s new headquarters and primary warehouse, giving the company greater flexibility to manage inventory, streamline fulfillment, and support increasing demand across its North American area.
The company’s existing Waynesboro facility will remain an active part of Trident’s operations, largely supporting the continued growth of Trident Logistics. The location will also serve as secondary support for overflow inventory and daily operational needs. The expansion reflects Trident’s continued investment in long-term infrastructure, building on the successful purchase and smooth launch of its Nevada warehouse, which strengthens nationwide logistics and distribution capabilities.
Trident has operated in Waynesboro since 2013 and continues to grow its footprint through its brands: Trident Fence, DeerBusters, Easy Pet Fence, and Trident Logistics.
“This is an exciting moment for our company and for the Waynesboro community,” said Linda Sheehan, CEO of Trident Enterprises International. “We’ve built this business over decades through hard work, strong relationships, and a focus on long-term growth. Establishing a new headquarters and primary warehouse facility here reflects both our confidence in the future and our continued investment in the community.”
The purchase further reinforces Waynesboro’s role as Trident’s longtime home and the center of its operations. As Trident expands its local presence, the company’s leadership remains actively involved in supporting the broader economic future of the community. Chief Operating Officer Mark Dayhoff serves on the Waynesboro Industrial Development Corporation board, contributing to efforts that promote business growth, industrial development, and long-term regional opportunity.
“Waynesboro has been central to Trident’s story, and this new facility gives us the space and flexibility to keep growing here,” said Dayhoff. “Serving on the WIDC board has only deepened my appreciation for the role local businesses play in shaping the region’s future. We’re proud that Trident can continue investing in Waynesboro and be part of that momentum.”
Founded in 1984, Trident Enterprises International has grown from a local agricultural fencing installation business into a diversified national company serving customers across multiple industries.
